Manual Bulk Bag Discharging Station / Bulk Bag Unpacker

The bulk bag discharging station is primarily used for unpacking and discharging materials packaged in bulk bags. The station employs an electric hoist to lift the bulk bag onto the bag frame, then opens the flow control valve and activates the vibrating discharge device to allow the powdered or granular material inside the bag to fall by gravity into the hopper below.
Common bulk bag specifications include 0.5T, 1T, 2T, and 3T.
